At Worfa, orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped. If your payment has been successfully completed but your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact our support team promptly.
Once your cancellation request is reviewed and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

-the outer packaging
Once your request is received, our team will review the details and determine the most appropriate solution. Depending on the situation and product availability, this may include a replacement or a full refund.
If the issue is confirmed to have occurred during shipping or before delivery, Worfa will cover any applicable costs related to the return or replacement.

Returns (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
At Worfa, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to ensure a straightforward and dependable shopping experience.
If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Your request should include the item you wish to return along with the reason for the return. Please note that returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund requests may be approved for valid reasons, including but not limited to:
-receiving a defective or non-functioning item
-receiving an incorrect product
-the item does not meet reasonable quality expectations
-damage occurring during delivery
To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition. Where possible, it should be unused and include all original packaging, components, and accessories.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, and the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–14 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.

After the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund or replacement will be processed within 7 business days.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Missing Items Procedure

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include your order number, clear photos of the package received, and details of the missing item.
Once your request has been reviewed, our team will determine the most appropriate resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include sending a replacement, dispatching the missing item, or issuing a full refund.

Non-Delivered Orders
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team so we can begin an investigation with the shipping carrier.
To help us review your request promptly, please include your order number and tracking number in your message.
If the shipment cannot be located after the carrier’s investigation is completed, Worfa will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Return Shipping Costs
If a return is required due to an error on our part—such as receiving an incorrect item, a defective product, or an item damaged during transit—Worfa will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund where applicable.
If the return is requested for personal reasons, including but not limited to:
-the item is no longer needed
-an incorrect product was ordered
-the wrong size or variation was selected
the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that Worfa does not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
