At Worfa, we are committed to providing a transparent and dependable delivery experience. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, including estimated timeframes and the carriers we work with. 
Please review the information below to understand what to expect after placing an order with us.

Order Processing Time
Order processing time refers to the period between the successful placement of your order and when it is prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier.
At Worfa, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional handling time and are usually processed on the next business day.
Transit time is 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on the destination and shipping conditions.
Our fulfillment operations run during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM PT (Pacific Time, United States) are generally processed on the same business day.

The total delivery timeframe is determined by combining the order processing period and the shipping transit time. These timeframes may vary depending on the destination.
Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as location, carrier operations, and high-demand periods.

Shipping Carriers
At Worfa, we work with trusted logistics partners, including DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to provide secure and reliable delivery.
The shipping carrier assigned to your order may vary based on factors such as the destination, package dimensions, and the most efficient delivery option available at the time of dispatch.
Our goal is to select the most suitable and dependable service to ensure your order arrives safely and within the estimated timeframe.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Orders cannot be delivered to locations outside the countries listed above.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after shipment. During peak periods, such as holidays or promotional campaigns, activation times may be slightly longer.
Tracking updates provided by the carrier may take 48–72 hours to reflect the most recent shipment status.
If you experience any issues while tracking your order, please contact our support team, and we will be happy to assist you.

Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team at support@worfa.com.
We will review the shipment status with the carrier and provide you with an update as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding, particularly during peak periods or in the event of unexpected carrier delays.

Missing Items Procedure
If any item or part of your order is missing, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at support@worfa.com.
To help us review the issue efficiently, please include your order number, clear photos of the package you received, and details of the missing item.
Once your request has been assessed, our team will determine the most appropriate resolution as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, this may include sending a replacement, dispatching the missing item, or issuing a full refund.

Non-Delivered Orders
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
To help us review your request efficiently, please include your order number and tracking number in your message.
If the shipment cannot be located after the carrier’s investigation is completed, Worfa will provide an appropriate resolution. This may include a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Order Cancellations
At Worfa, orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
If your payment has been successfully completed but your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is reviewed and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. In such cases, you may still request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For certain international shipments, import duties, taxes, or additional fees may be applied by the customs authorities of the destination country.
These charges are determined by local regulations and are not collected or controlled by Worfa. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Sales Tax
Worfa does not currently collect sales tax on orders.
