Gravity does the work: your own body weight provides a gentle stretch across the back, with nothing to plug in, charge or operate while you use it.

Three stretch levels are the reason it works for different backs. Start on the lowest setting, spend around ten minutes there, and only move up once that level feels comfortable, which protects your spine and helps you avoid overdoing it early. Setup is straightforward: place the base flat with its end facing you, kneel to steady it, seat the wider side of the arch at the end of the base, press with your knees to bend the arch, then adjust and lie back.

Be sensible about it. Stretching may help release muscle tightness and support your posture, but this is not a medical treatment and it will not cure a back condition. Never force a level, get off it if you feel sharp pain, numbness or tingling, and do not use it if you are pregnant or have osteoporosis, a disc injury, spinal surgery, high blood pressure or any diagnosed back condition without clearing it with your doctor first.
